How long can I stay?
We welcome both short-term visits and extended stays. Our minimum stay is typically one night, and we offer special packages for corporate stays of 30 days or more.
When can I check in and check out?
Check-in starts at 1:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need a late check-out or early check-in, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Is housekeeping included?
Yes, we provide daily housekeeping service to ensure your suite remains pristine throughout your stay. Linens and towels are also changed regularly.
Can I use the kitchen?
Absolutely! Every apartment features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with utensils, cookware, and modern appliances so you can enjoy your favorite meals.
What amenities are available?
We provide high-speed Wi-Fi, secure parking, on-site laundry facilities, and smart TVs in every room.
How many guests can stay in an apartment?
Our Studios are perfect for two, One-Bedrooms sleep up to three with an extra bed, and Two-Bedrooms accommodate families of four to five people.
Are visitors allowed?
Day visitors are welcome! We just ask that you register them at the security desk for safety. Overnight guests must be included in the booking registration and is chargeable.
Is the property secure?
Your safety is our priority. We provide 24/7 security personnel, comprehensive CCTV coverage, and digital door locks for peace of mind.
How do payments and deposits work?
We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers. A small security deposit is collected at check-in and fully refunded upon inspection at check-out.
What is the cancellation policy?
We offer flexible cancellation. Cancellations made 48 hours before stay are fully refundable. For corporate long-stays, different notice periods apply.
